- dextrin - 350 mg;

- sorbitol - 50 mg;

- Bacillus licheniformis not less than 1*109 CFU;

- Bacillus subtilis not less than 1*109 CFU;

- Clostridium butyricum not less than 1*106 CFU.

ACTIVIL-3 belongs to fourth-generation probiotics. It is a multi-component biologically active feed mixture containing live bacteria Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium butyricum. ACTIVIL-3 is resistant to external environmental factors – aggressive gastrointestinal tract environments and antibiotics due to the use of spore-forming microorganisms.

Bacillus subtilis is a spore-forming bacterium that suppresses pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria through competitive displacement without causing resistance. It produces lysozyme and peptides with antibiotic properties in the intestine, as well as a large amount of enzymes that help improve feed digestion.

Bacillus licheniformis is a spore-forming bacterium that synthesizes vitamins in the digestive tract, particularly vitamin K, riboflavin, and folic acid. It promotes maintenance of acid-base balance in the large intestine and absorption of nutrients. It synthesizes lactic acid, which stimulates the growth of probiotic microflora and suppresses the growth of pathogenic microorganisms such as Shigella dysenteriae, and restores intestinal microflora.

Clostridium butyricum is a spore-forming bacterium that synthesizes large amounts of short-chain fatty acids, especially N-Butyric acid, which, in turn, acts antimicrobially against Gram-negative bacteria, particularly against Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Clostridium perfringens. Also, butyric acid (n-butyric acid) is a source of energy for enterocyte proliferation and restoration of intestinal epithelial integrity, thereby accelerating the restoration of normal intestinal function during or after infectious pathologies of the digestive tract.

The symbiosis of all listed bacteria allows not only improving intestinal microbiota but also significantly reducing the risk of bacterial diseases due to natural displacement of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp., Clostridium perfringens), stimulating the reproduction of lactic acid bacteria. Due to stimulation of phagocytic activity of monocytes and neutrophils, enhancement of functional activity of macrophages, induction of endogenous interferon, and increase in gamma-globulin fraction content in blood, the non-specific immune resistance of the organism is enhanced.

ACTIVIL-3 promotes slowing of food mass passage through the digestive tract, improves feed digestion, thereby creating conditions for more complete absorption of nutrients. In addition, excipients prolong digestion and contribute to increased feed conversion.

The feed mixture can be used in combination with coccidiostats.

The feed mixture is used as an supportive product for prevention of gastrointestinal infections of bacterial and viral etiology, normalization of intestinal microflora in dysbiosis of various origins, growth stimulation, improvement of survival and productivity, as well as to increase natural resistance of the organism and the level of immune response during and after vaccinations, protection of dogs from stress-related consequences of various nature.

ACTIVIL-3 reduces feed costs per unit of production, reduces the impact of stress loads of various nature, promotes increase of natural resistance of the organism and level of immune response during and after vaccinations.

Do not use simultaneously with disinfectant activity.

When working with feed mixture, it is necessary to comply with generally accepted sanitary and hygienic standards and rules in production. Use only as intended.

Probiotic bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis, which are part of the feed mixture, are relatively insensitive to antibiotics such as colistin sulfate, gentamicin, amoxicillin, neomycin, streptomycin.

With simultaneous use of feed mixture with antibiotics with Gram-positive spectrum of action, partial reduction in effectiveness of feed mixture may be observed.

In case of overdose, diarrhea may occur, which resolves without additional therapy when the dose of ACTIVIL-3 is reduced to the recommended level.

At recommended doses, side effects are not expected to occur at the recommended doses. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use of the product and apply antihistamine therapy.
