ANTI-TOX INDIVID (feed additive)

ANTI-TOX INDIVID (feed additive)
Ingredients: Enzymes, Bacillus bacteria, corn starch
Application: Orally with food
Type of formulation: feed additive

Description

Yellowish to brownish powder

Composition

1 g of feed mixture contains:

An enzyme produced by bacteria of the genus Bacillus and deactivating vomitoxin DON. The enzyme content in the feed mixture is at least 50,000 MO/g.

Bacillus licheniformis (4b1700i)        at least – 2.0*109 cfu/g

Bacillus subtilis (4b1700i)                  at least – 3.0*109 cfu/g

Сorn starch (13.3.1)                      – 0,15 g.

Pharmacological properties

The feed mixture ANTI-TOX INDIVID belongs to enzyme products of specific action and probiotics of the IV generation and contains spore-forming bacteria Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus subtilis.

ANTI-TOX INDIVID is a completely biological product containing an enzyme that destroys the mycotoxin DON. The efficiency is 99.8% for animals and poultry.

Vomitoxin (DON) is a mycotoxin that belongs to the trichothecene group of mycotoxins and is formed by fungi of the genus Fusarium. DON causes nausea in pigs, reduced egg production in birds, death of bird embryos, digestive disorders, refusal to eat and death of animals. The mechanism of vomitoxin (DON) effects on dairy cattle is not yet fully understood, but clinical studies have shown a correlation between DON consumption and performance impairment. Therefore, vomitoxin (DON) may be an indication of poor quality, mycotoxin-contaminated feed consumed by the affected herd. Results from other field studies help to confirm the relationship between vomitoxin (DON) and poor performance in dairy cattle herds; this deterioration has also been associated with reduced feed intake in non-lactating dairy cattle.

The auxiliary components of the ANTI-TOX INDIVID feed mixture are Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis (live bacteria). The primary and secondary metabolites of these live bacteria are small molecule proteins with a vomitoxin (DON) effect. The ANTI-TOX INDIVID feed mixture works by breaking down the epoxy groups of mycotoxins, breaking down toxic substances into non-toxic metabolites, it can replace 50% of the dose of probiotics.

Bacillus subtilis is a spore-forming bacterium that inhibits the growth of pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria by competitively displacing them without causing resistance. It produces lysozyme and peptides with antibiotic properties, as well as a large number of enzymes in the intestine.

Bacillus licheniformis is a spore-forming bacterium that synthesises vitamins in the digestive tract, such as vitamin K, riboflavin, and folic acid. Helps to maintain acid-base balance in the large intestine, produces lactic acid, promotes absorption of nutrients. It inhibits the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and stimulates the growth of lactobacilli.

The symbiosis of these bacteria improves the state of intestinal microflora, reduces the risk of bacterial diseases due to natural displacement of opportunistic bacteria, stimulating the growth of lactic acid bacteria. The high enzymatic activity of these bacteria supports digestion processes, improves feed digestion and nutrient absorption. Due to stimulation of phagocytic activity of monocytes and neutrophils, enhancement of functional activity of macrophages, induction of endogenous interferon and increase in the content of gamma-globulin fraction of blood, nonspecific resistance of the organism is enhanced.

Application

ANTI-TOX INDIVID feed mixture can reduce the toxic effect of DON on poultry, pigs and cattle, improve animal growth performance.

ANTI-TOX INDIVID can also be used for treatment purposes, to degrade DON and remove toxins, to increase the body's natural resistance and the level of immunity during and after vaccinations, to protect the animal body from the effects of stress of various nature.
