Triamcinolone is a glucocorticoid that exerts a pronounced anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and desensitization action. Lidocaine acts as a local anaesthetic, favors a prompt relief of inflammatory and allergic reactions.

Chloramphenicol and metronidazole exert a bactericidal action and are active with respect to most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, as well as a mycotic infection.

The calendula extract has both bactericidal and anti-inflammatory properties; speeds up tissue regeneration and the wound healing process.

The complex of the biologically active substances, which are the components of the spray, promotes to effective treatment of inflammatory and allergic reactions of the skin, as well as of otitises in cats and dogs.
