Pharmacological properties
ANTI-TOX LIQUID feed additive belongs to enzyme products with specific activity and to fourth-generation probiotics and contains the spore-forming bacteria Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis.
ANTI-TOX LIQUID is a completely biological product containing enzymes capable of degrading all major mycotoxins of concern in animals, including AFB, ZEA, DON, T-2, FUM, OTA and others. The degradation efficiency has been shown to reach 99.8% in animals and poultry.
At the same time, the feed mixture improves non-specific immunity in animals and poultry and supports partial restoration of liver function. Due to the use of ANTI-TOX LIQUID feed mixture, most clinical manifestations of mycotoxicoses may disappear.
The auxiliary components of ANTI-TOX LIQUID feed mixture are Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis (live bacteria). The primary and secondary metabolites of these live bacteria are small protein molecules with a detoxifying effect. ANTI-TOX LIQUID feed mixture acts by cleaving the epoxide groups of mycotoxins and breaking toxic substances down into non-toxic metabolites; it can replace 50% of the probiotic dose.
Bacillus subtilis is a spore-forming bacterium that suppresses the growth of pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria by competitive exclusion without causing resistance. It produces lysozyme and peptides with antibiotic properties in the intestines, as well as a large number of enzymes.
Bacillus licheniformis is a spore-forming bacterium that synthesizes vitamins in the digestive tract, namely vitamin K, riboflavin, and folic acid. It helps maintain the acid-base balance in the large intestine, produces lactic acid, and promotes nutrient absorption. It suppresses the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and stimulates the growth of lactobacilli.
The symbiosis of these bacteria improves the condition of intestinal microflora and reduces the risk of bacterial diseases through natural displacement of opportunistic bacteria while stimulating the proliferation of lactic acid bacteria. The high enzymatic activity of these bacteria supports digestion processes and improves feed digestion and absorption of useful substances. By stimulating the phagocytic activity of monocytes and neutrophils, enhancing the functional activity of macrophages, inducing endogenous interferon, and increasing the gamma-globulin fraction in the blood, the non-specific resistance of the organism is enhanced.
Application
ANTI-TOX LIQUID feed mixture can prevent diseases in animals and poultry caused by mycotoxins.
ANTI-TOX LIQUID can also be used for treatment purposes to degrade mycotoxins and remove toxins, to increase the natural resistance of the body and the intensity of immunity during and after vaccinations, and to protect the animal body from the effects of stress of various origins.
Dosage
Recommended doses of the feed mixture when used against different mycotoxins at different contamination levels and the observed effects (AS: absolutely safe; RS: relatively safe because cumulative poisoning is possible; OI: obvious improvement) are given in the following tables:
