Qualitative and quantitative composition
100 g contains:
- fraction of inactivated yeast cells of
Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the content of dried cell walls – 90 g;
- aluminosilicate or a mixture of aluminosilicates
- 10.0 g.
Form of release
Powder or plates.
Pharmacological properties
The feed additive has pronounced
sorption properties due to yeast and aluminosilicates.
Yeast has sorption activity against
aflatoxins, fumonisins and zearalenone. Due to the content of mannans and
β-glucans, this component helps to stimulate the immune system and enhances the
adsorption of mycotoxins such as DON and zearalenone, resulting in an increase
in average daily live weight gain; an increase in the quantity and quality of
eggs; and a decrease in mortality of young animals.
Aluminosilicates adsorb mycotoxins,
free radicals and toxic man-made substances (pesticides, dioxins, ammonia,
etc.). Aluminosilicates contain calcium, sodium, sulphur, iron, copper, zinc
and manganese.
Aluminosilicates absorb excess gases
generated in the rumen during grass fermentation, thus preventing the
occurrence of tympanic fever in animals. One of the most important properties
of aluminosilicates is their high buffering properties and ability to optimize
the pH of the rumen contents within a neutral to slightly acidic reaction,
which improves the development of cellulosolytic microflora and fiber digestion,
and increases the formation of acetic acid in the rumen, which is used to form
fat in milk. In addition, aluminosilicates, containing trace elements, increase
the intensity of rumen microflora development and improve the digestibility of
all nutrients in the diet.
Aluminosilicates increase egg
production, while reducing feed consumption, improve shell quality, increase
egg weight and reduce litter moisture, and improve bird plumage.
Clinical characteristics
Types of animals
Cattle, pigs, poultry.
Indications for use
It is added
to animal and poultry feed to prevent contamination with mycotoxins and to
prevent their re-infection during storage, transportation and processing. It
ensures optimal feed quality, improves its digestion by regulating the
microflora of the digestive tract, which increases the average daily weight
gain of animals and poultry; increases the quantity and quality of eggs;
reduces mortality of young animals.
Contraindications

Use during pregnancy, lactation,
and nesting
According to the recommended dosage.

Doses and methods of administration to animals of different ages
The feed additive is added to the feed by uniform
mixing on the level of mycotaxin contamination:
- 0.8 – 1.2
kg/t of feed.
It is recommended to use the feed additive
throughout the entire period of feeding animals and poultry.
Livestock and poultry products after application of
Vitamannan can be used for food purposes without restriction.
Special warnings for persons and
service personnel
According to
existing regulations.
Pharmaceutical characteristics
Shelf life
2 years.
Special storage measures
Store the additive in a dry, cool, dark place
at a temperature between 0°C and 25°C, at a relative humidity of no more than
75%, in the manufacturer's container on shelves or in tiers (no more than three).
