VITAMANAN (feed mixture)

A powder ranging in colour from light yellow to brown, with a characteristic yeast odour.

1 g of feed mixture contains:

- feed yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae – 900 mg;

- silicon dioxide – 100 mg.

Moisture content not more than 12,0%.

The feed mixture has pronounced sorption properties due to the yeast and silicon dioxide.

Yeast has sorption activity against aflatoxins, fumonisins and zearalenone. Due to the content of mannans and β-glucans, this component helps stimulate immunity and supports the proliferation and survival of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. It enhances the adsorption of mycotoxins such as DON (deoxynivalenol) and zearalenone, resulting in increased average daily body weight gains, increased number and quality of eggs, and reduced mortality in young animals.

The action of silicon dioxide is aimed at adsorption of mycotoxins, free radicals and toxic anthropogenic substances (pesticides, dioxins, ammonia and others). Silicon dioxide prevents caking and promotes the flowability of feed. It has no toxic effect.

VITAMANAN is added to feed for animals and poultry in order to prevent its contamination with mycotoxins, as well as to prevent re-contamination of feed during storage, transportation and processing. It ensures optimal feed quality and improves digestibility by regulating the microflora of the digestive tract, which increases average daily body weight gains in animals and poultry, contributes to an increase in the number and quality of eggs, and reduces mortality in young animals.

The feed mixture VITAMANAN is incorporated into the feed by thorough mixing, according to the level of mycotoxin contamination:

- cattle, pigs, turkeys, broilers, laying hens, replacement pullets – 0,8–1,2 kg per tonne of feed (kg/tonne of feed).

It is recommended to use the feed mixture throughout the entire feeding period of animals and poultry.

When working with the feed mixture, general sanitary and hygienic rules and safety measures applicable in production must be observed. Use only as directed.

Unused residues of the feed mixture or product with an expired shelf life must be disposed of in a suitable incinerator.

The feed mixture is packed in 500 g and 1, 5, 10, 20, 25 kg packages made of polyethylene film, in polymer containers or cardboard boxes, or in bags.

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature from 0 to 25 °C and relative humidity not more than 75%, in the manufacturer’s unopened packaging, on racks or in tiers (no more than three).
